I feel like the intended, and unstated message… according to the plot of this film, is that without laws and government to keep us safe, the average person will become a homicidal psychopath?? and go on a killing rampage, sooo THANK GAWD for the government! and the brave men and women that are out there, everyday (except during The Purge) on the front line of our dangerous streets, saving us all from ourselves.

WTF happened to Meg Foster? I know folks get old, but Damn! She lookin like she fell out of the ugly tree and hit every damn branch on the way down. I mean Damn! Yo, to all the ugly folk out there, just remember you ugly, but you’ll never be Meg Foster ugly. As long as this bitch is around, you good.

just watched this film for the first time! so freaking awesome! also my first troma experience. i like this lloyd kaufmans disregard for for whats PC and making films as offensive as possible is just so awesome :) i can’t wait to watch more.

I saw this in a theater as a double-feature, opening for The Matrix. Needless to say it was the best double-feature I’ve ever seen. Both completely blew my mind. The Matrix is, of course, a popular classic now. Dark City is an underground/cult classic. Both are easy 5/5.

As a lover of the David Lynch movie the remake made me ill. The Dune that proceeded this on the scifi network while being a little more true to the book I actually hated. The acting left a lot to be desired and it just really hit me the wrong way. The second part however is a different story. I am not sure if it is because there is nothing to compare it to. Or it may be better directed, but I liked this combination of Dune Missiah and Children of Dune Mashup. The Musical score for this is also very good I enjoy it all by itself.

Now this one is my favorite Christmas movie, gotta watch this every year!

not quite as funny as the first one but still a good movie :) i give it 3.5/5 if i could but for this channel a 3 will have to suffice
